Welcome to 4H

In the north of Växjö you can find our 4H farm, a meeting place for all children and young people who love animals and want to have a meaningful free time. The farm is always open and free to visit to the public – the animals are in their pens and you are welcome to walk around and have a look.

Horses, sheep, ducks, goats, pigs, rabbits and chickens – there are many animals on the farm and the children get to help the staff and keepers to take care of them. Our range of activities revolves mostly around the animals, but we also do other fun things. There is something for everyone!

All our activities are based on our vision and the four H: head, heart, hand and health. Learning by doing is our motto!

When you visit us, remember that:

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water when visiting our farm and animals.

• Visitors stay outside the paddocks. If the animals come to say hello, it’s fine to say hello back.

• Animals can also have allergies so only the staff and non-profit feed them.
