Mamma h\u00f6na kallas f\u00f6r h\u00f6na. Pappa h\u00f6na kallas f\u00f6r tupp. H\u00f6nans barn kallas f\u00f6r kyckling.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 huvudet har h\u00f6nsen en kam och p\u00e5 hakan har de en haklapp.<\/p>\n

En h\u00f6na l\u00e4gger ungef\u00e4r 5 \u00e4gg\/vecka. L\u00e5ter man \u00e4ggen ligga kvar och det blir ca 10-15 \u00e4gg kan h\u00f6nan b\u00f6rja ruva p\u00e5 \u00e4ggen. H\u00f6nan ruvar p\u00e5 \u00e4ggen i 21 dygn innan de sm\u00e5 kycklingarna kl\u00e4cks.<\/p>\n
